Oversee maintenance department
Obtain quotes and invoices from suppliers
Coordinate maintenance projects and tasks
Budget control
Record keeping – maintenance logs, safety timesheets, inspection sheets
Quality control
Ensuring supplies follow correct procedures and adhere to Health and Safety

Requirements:
• High school – matric certification
• Drivers license
• Maintenance/construction/electrical work experience/background
• Physically fit
• Communication skills
• Team player
• Leadership abilities
• Computer skills
• Attention to detail

Preferences:
• Courses in mechanical drawing, woodworking, electricity, and blueprint/plan reading, would be advantageous.
• Working at heights certification
